OMG...that's truly bizarre. I see it clear as day, with voting enabled. It's right between whyworry's and i-dig's. It's showing up fine in Photobucket. Here is a screen capture.WTF...apparently it's only visible under my Fark login!

Maybe that page is still in your computer's memory cache, ban_sidhe. Have your tried doing a refresh on that page to see if it still shows up?

Is this your login getting filtered by adblock again, ban?

ban_sidhe: Your entry has been masked for some reason. Most likely it was accidental.

hoots: This is my work computer and that picture had never been viewed from this computer until this morning, so nothing should be cached. I did all the work on that entry at home (for once...). When I refresh the work computer, it's still there.GregRebellion: Heh...I don't think so. I long since changed the way I name my entries and that corrected the problem. Plus, even if it was adblock, some people should be able to see it.

Gwinny: If you get a spare second or two, can you explain why no one but me can see my entry in the Siberian Housecat contest? Even if it can be restored it's probably too late to do much good, but I'm just curious (not Curious) as to what happened. Thanks!

There's probably a simple answer to this but I haven't been able to figure it out. What's the Farkable HTML to display a image that links to another image as in a blurred version of a NSFW image that pops the original when clicked?

Gwinny if you get a chance, I had two broken link posts starting at 2007-12-31 02:09:48 AM in thread 3297163. Thanks!

Bilbo T Baggins: Waaaaaaaaaaaaay off-topic... can anybody link the original PS or link that featured the Walrus / Elephant-Seal with the blue bucket? I've seen it used a lot but I must have missed that one. This is from another thread.Anybody here know? I'm curious too.As far as I know, the walrus/bucket meme is said to have originated at the notorious I Can Has Cheezburger?^ lolcats blog, in a posting Jan. 14 of last year.

I have a question for any graphic designers in here:I had a logo designed for my company. The designer gave me the logo in a .eps file format. What do I need to do so I can use this logo in web and print?

Prime-8: The designer gave me the logo in a .eps file format. Also, when I open the logo in PhotoShop it comes up as a flat image (no layers).

Photoshop and other image editors can import it, but they will convert it to a bitmap when they do.

Prime-8: So, from there do I just convert it to a JPG or PNG for use on the website? How do I make it useful for business cards and letterheads?Opening it in a vector-based program allows you to resize it to any size you want with no loss of quality. Once you have it at the size you want, you can export it to a bitmap graphic that can be used on the web or wherever. If you have your business cards and letterhead printed by a reputable source, they can probably use the original eps file and size it properly for the format, but some places might charge extra. The main thing to remember is to watch the DPI when you're outputting. Web is going to be around 72, but if you expect to use it in print, make sure you are using a scale of inches instead of pixels, size it to how large you want it to physically print on the page, and set your DPI to at least 600 (or 1200, 2400 or whatever DPI your printer can handle).
